VIDEO SURVEILLANCE PROVIDER AND CONTROLLER OF PERSONAL DATA :

PURPOSE OF IMPLEMENTATION:
Video surveillance is carried out in order to protect people and property and to ensure entry and exit control.
INFORMATION CONCERNING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VIDEO SURVEILLANCE:
- No further processing or specific processing impacts are made in relation to the video recordings,
- the videos are not transferred to third countries,
- the Controller does not record sound in the context of video surveillance,
- access to live images is granted to authorised persons of the controller,
- the video recordings shall be kept for a maximum period of 6 months,
- the legal basis for carrying out video surveillance, including live image monitoring, is the legitimate interest of the controller in ensuring the safety of persons and property.
Rights of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data
Individuals have a number of rights in relation to personal data. LSC GROUP will verify the identity of the individual enquiring about their rights before exercising the right. The individual submits his/her request for information to info@lsc.si to the address LSC GROUP d.o.o., Kranjska cesta 4, 4240 Radovljica.
LSC GROUP shall comply with a legitimate request within 1 month, in case of complexity of the request or in case of a large number of requests, the time limit for compliance may be extended by another 2 months. LSC GROUP shall inform the individual of such extension and the reasons for it.
- Right of access to data: upon request, we shall inform the data subject whether personal data concerning him or her are being processed and, where this is the case, provide the following information:
the types of personal data;
the categories of user to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed;
retention periods;
upon request, the LSC GROUP shall produce a copy of the personal data being processed and provide it to the individual.
- Right to erasure of data (the so-called right to be forgotten): the individual may request that his or her personal data be erased in the following cases:
the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
the data subject objects to the processing of the personal data and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;
the personal data have been unlawfully processed;
the personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under EU or Slovenian law.
- Right to restriction of processing: the data subject may request that processing of data concerning him or her be restricted where:
the processing is unlawful and the consumer does not want us to delete the data,
LSC GROUP no longer needs the data for the purposes of the processing, but the individual needs the data to assert, exercise or contest legal claims,
the data subject has lodged an objection to the processing.
- Right to data portability. The printout of the data will be produced in a machine-readable format and may be collected by the individual at the registered office of LSC GROUP d.o.o.
- Right to object: an individual may object to the processing of personal data by the controller in the context of the performance of video surveillance on the grounds of legitimate interest.
Right to lodge a complaint concerning the processing of personal data
The individual may send any complaint regarding the processing of personal data to the following e-mail address: info@lsc.si or by post to LSC GROUP d.o.o., Kranjska cesta 4, 4240 Radovljica.
Any data subject shall also have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the Information Commissioner if he or she considers that the processing of personal data concerning him or her infringes applicable law.
